Our ongoing collaboration with Mint Collective has grown not because of a single event, but because of a shared way of thinking about hospitality, service, and what it truly means to bring people together. Across multiple company retreats—from Ulūm Moab in Utah to AutoCamp Sequoia in California—we’ve continued to return to the same foundation: intention first, experience always.

Both of our teams operate with a service-forward mindset. The kind of service that’s felt rather than announced. Thoughtful. Attentive. Seamless. The goal is never to impress for the sake of it, but to create environments where people feel supported, comfortable, and connected.

Chef Joann & Co. is a preferred catering partner for all nationwide AutoCamp locations, a relationship built on trust, consistency, and the ability to deliver elevated culinary experiences in natural settings—without compromising quality or care. Our team is accustomed to building full-service culinary experiences in wild and beautiful places, always with the same standards we’d bring to a traditional kitchen.
