The Experience
October 7–9, 2025 | AutoCamp Sequoia, California
Some gatherings feel like they breathe a little deeper. SkinnyDipped’s three-day retreat—planned in partnership with the brilliant team at MINT Collective—was one of those rare company offsites where nature, nourishment, and meaningful connection all aligned. Hosted at the serene AutoCamp Sequoia, this retreat blended thoughtful programming with family-style meals crafted to support clarity, creativity, and the simple joy of slowing down.
From the first tray-passed bite to the final morning avocado toast bar, every moment had that signature SkinnyDipped energy: bright, intentional, grounded in wellness, and unmistakably human.
Day One: A Family-Style Welcome Dinner Under the Trees
The retreat opened with a dinner designed to feel abundant yet effortless—something that encouraged long conversations, shared plates, and relaxed shoulders.
As guests settled into the natural wood decks of AutoCamp, servers wove through with a lineup of six hors d’oeuvres that set the tone for the days ahead. According to the event menu on page 1, these included:
• Crostini with baked brie, caramelized onion jam & spiced honey
• Tuna avocado tartare spoons—a group favorite, bright and herbaceous
• Caprese skewers
• Avocado deviled eggs with jalapeño jam
Dinner arrived family-style, colorful and seasonal—warm delicata squash with Brussels sprouts, grilled rainbow carrots with lemon and olive oil, roasted fingerlings with caramelized leeks, and a classic Caesar with crisp romaine and shaved parmesan.
The entrées reflected SkinnyDipped’s signature wellness-forward approach:
• Lemon herb grilled chicken with lemon-caper sauce
• Halibut with miso beurre blanc
• Roasted autumn vegetable spaghetti primavera with pesto (vegan)
Dessert was a chocolate torte with berry compote, the perfect not-too-sweet ending for a night filled with firelight and conversation.
Day Two: Breakfast, Adventure & A Cozy Alpine Dinner
Mornings at AutoCamp feel almost cinematic—the crisp air, the glow of sunrise on the pines, everyone emerging a little slower and softer.
Breakfast leaned into that feeling, featuring:
• A Greek yogurt parfait bar
• Shakshuka with poached eggs and local bread
• A waffle bar
• A fresh-cut fruit platter
To support a day of hiking, workshops, and downtime in nature, we built a to-go lunch with nourishing, protein-forward options. Each was prepared with avocado oil mayo, pastured animal proteins, and organic produce—a detail that aligned beautifully with SkinnyDipped’s values. The menu included classic chicken salad, Sicilian tuna salad, deviled egg salads, fruit, crackers, nuts, meat sticks, and sparkling water.
That evening, the group gathered again for a refined comfort-food dinner—Alpine lodge energy with a California twist. Appetizers included duck confit tostadas with fire-roasted chile jam, butternut-leek arancini, and seared salmon skewers with gremolata.
The family-style meal continued with:
• Pear, arugula & spinach salad with walnuts and pomegranate
• Brown butter haricot verts
• Truffle mashed potatoes
• Entrées of beef bourguignon and a mushroom bourguignon (vegan) option
• A beautifully torched pistachio crème brûlée for dessert
It was the kind of dinner that made people linger at the table long after the plates cleared.
Day Three: Closing the Retreat With Warmth & Ease
The final morning carried that familiar mix of contentment and closeness that comes from spending several days together in nature.
Breakfast featured:
• A seasonal autumn vegetable frittata
• A build-your-own avocado toast bar
• Fresh fruit, warm oatmeal, and protein pancakes—a gentle, grounding sendoff before everyone packed up for the road.
We also provided paper bags for to-go snacks, a simple detail that made departures feel easy and cared for.
Catering for Corporate Retreats That Put People First
Retreats like this are a reminder of why we love what we do. When companies prioritize their people, invest in thoughtful programming, and choose food that reflects their values, something shifts. Meals become more than meals—they become moments that deepen trust, spark new ideas, and nurture teams from the inside out.
SkinnyDipped and MINT Collective created a retreat centered on intentionality, wellbeing, and joy. We were honored to help bring that vision to life.
