"I had just started thinking about throwing my wife a 40th birthday party when I happened upon Chef Joann and her team at a company event she was catering. I’d been to countless company events over the years, but this one struck me as different. The food, the staging, the service... it was all thoughtfully prepared and executed. I asked Joann if she’d consider coming out to Joshua Tree to cater my wife’s party and she didn’t hesitate. Best decision I could’ve made. Now I had a partner-in-crime who helped to take care of everything, up to and through the event. The day of the party arrived and Joann did not disappoint, far exceeding my already high expectations. The place settings were right out of a movie, creating just the right vibe for dinner. The food was perfectly and evenly prepared, with more than enough to feed 40 hungry guests. And the energy Joann and her team brought to the event cannot be overstated. Maybe you’ll find better food elsewhere (I doubt it), but you’re not going to match the overall experience. I ended up getting a lot of kudos for throwing a great party, but truth be told Chef Joann deserves most of the credit. Thank you, Joann. You are a talent, and I could not have pulled it off without you."

They took care of everything and were even cleaning up as the party went on! It allowed me to relax and enjoy my time with my friends rather than stressing on food and picking up plates.
