Our Story

Founded in 2008 by Executive Chef and CEO, Joann Stabile, our company has evolved from a one woman show to a full-service operation with a team of primarily female culinary experts, bartenders, service staff and event designers. We hold ourselves to the highest standards for fresh, seasonal, local and organic ingredients. We are highly educated on, and aware of dietary restrictions and preferences, working with each client to create a customized menu to tantalize the taste buds and keep our bodies happy.  Our mission is to create an event experience that leaves a lasting impression and develops lifelong connections.
